전래동요와 놀이를 통한 경제개념의 교수․학습 방법 탐색

본 연구는 아동의 합리적인 경제생활과 경제문제 해결능력을 함양시키기 위해 미국경제교육협의회(NCEE)에서 선정한 22가지 경제개념 중에서 비판적 사고와 의사결정능력을 신장시키는 데 꼭 필요한 7가지 경제개념 즉, (1)기회비용, (2)한계분석, (3)상호의존, (4)교환, (5)생산성, (6)화폐, (7)시장과 가격 개념을 중심으로 초등학교 4∼6학년에 적용할 수 있는 전래동요와 놀이를 통한 교수․학습 방법을 탐색하였다. 한국적인 풍토에 맞는 한국화된 경제교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위해 문제 인식 → 탐색 → 개념이해 → 체험 → 적용 및 평가의 교수․학습 과정을 통하여 전래동요의 동기유발, 개념화, 생활체험, 개념강화의 경제 교육적 가치를 확인할 수 있었다.
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to discuss that elementary economic education method suitable to the development step of a children for fostering reasonable economy life and economy problem-solving ability. Teaching plan that the experience activity center teaching-learning method seven economic concepts - the opportunity cost, limit analysis, interdependence, exchange, productivity, money, market and price of twenty two concepts of NCEE(National Council for Economic Education) which has a necessary to extended critical thinking and decision-making ability.
It was to search for teaching-learning method by traditional children's song and play that applied to elementary school children in 4th and 6th grades. Also identified economic education value that motive incentive, general concept, concept reinforcement by teaching-learning process of problem perception, inquiry, concept understanding, experience, application and evaluation.
