유전공학시대의 인간복제와 생명의료윤리

본 논문은 생명공학기술의 발달에 따라 나타나고 있는 여러 생명윤리의 문제들을 초 • 중등학교 도덕교육 혹은 생명윤리교육에서 어떻게 효과적으로 교육할 것인가를 탐구하였다. 여기서는 다양한 생명윤리의 문제들 중, 특히 최근 최초의 복제아이 소동으로 인하여 다시 전 세계적으로 뜨거운 논쟁이 되고 있는 인간복제 문제에 초점을 두고, 그것의 개념과 생명 (응용)윤리학적 차원의 쟁점，즉, 찬반 양론의 입장과 그 근거를 분석하고, 학교 도덕교육에 주는 시사점을 찾아보았다. 또한 현행 초 • 중등학교 도덕교육에서의 인간복제를 포함한 생명윤리교육의 실태를 분석한 후，바람직하고 효과적인 몇가지 대안을 내용과 방법적인 측면으로 구분하여 제시하였다.

This study aimed to investigate how to teach effectively various bio—ethical problems in the bio—ethics education or moral education in the elementary and middle school. In my paper, in particular, it is focused on the issue of human cloning. Because it re-raised exciting medical possibilities as well as serious ethical questions worldly owing to the disturbance of the first baby cloning recently. I therefore analysed the concepts of human cloning and human embryo cloning, the pros and cons and the ethical justification reasons in view of applied ethics and found out what is it's moral educational implication in the elementary and middle school. I also examined the realities of bio-ethics education including human cloning in the elementary and middle school and proposed effective contents and methods of bio—ethlics education.
