학교에서 북한음악 수용의 원칙과 단계

2000년은 남북 정상회담, 이산 가족 상봉 등 남북 관계의 급격한 변화가 일어난 해이다. 이러한 환경 변화와 함께 남한에서의 북한 음악 연주회도 2000년 8월 현재 12건을 기록하고 있다. 최근 일련의 사건들은 통일을 위한 실질적인 진전을 보이고 있다. 그러나 학교의 음악교육에서는 남북교류는 찾아 볼 수 없다. 제7차 교육과정의 교과서에서 북한음악은 배제되고 있으며, 접근조차 불용하고 있다. 통일을 위해서는 음악교육 내용의 남북 교류가 이루어져야 하며, 음악교육 내용의 남북 교류를 위해서는 남한에서 북한음악의 수용에 관한 연구가 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 북한음악 수용 연구의 일환으로 그 수용의 원칙과 단계에 대한 연구를 시도한다. 북한음악의 수용 원칙과 단계를 결정하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 북한음악의 특성, 북한음악 수용의 의의, 수용의 전제 조건 등에 대하여 심도있는 분석을 끌어내고, 수용 원칙, 수용의 단계 등을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide the principle and step of accepting North Korea Music in South Korea school. Recently cultur al exchange is growing up between South and North Korea, however teaching North Korea Music in South Korea is prohibited and illegal in South Korea school. In order to become the Unity Korea, to have to understand the other culture between South and North., and in order to understand the other part, to have to accept the others music. But it is not easy to accept the North Korea Music which conceives the antagonism about South Kor ea and U.S. which is a friendly nation for South.

In this situation, it isn't available to accept North Korea Music in South Korea school without limitation.

Now, we have to accept North Korea Music, while set limits. The limits means having the principle and step for accepting North Korea Music.

The results of this study is first for accepting North Korea Music, we have to revise the National Security Law which prohibits list en or perform the North Korea Music. Second, we have to have the principle that accepts the North Korea Music step by step. This study proposes three stages. first is a Preparation Stage, second is Adaptation stage, and last is Adolescent stage.
